This Cache is not hidden at the listed co-ordinates.
This is a bonus cache for those who complete the Adventure Lab highlighting some of the locations where you would have seen Pete running around the fictional town of Millhaven.
The locations picked are designed for a family stopping for a break and in need to stretch their legs. If you take a quick 5 minute (by car) detour this bonus would lead you to an area where you will find Pete's friend the Dragon.
You can find the cache from the co-ordinates and hints set out in the journal of the Adventure Lab waypoints.
