It's Back!
The 14th (Almost) Annual GeoRoc Holiday Family Event!
DATE/TIME: Saturday, December 17 from 11:30AM until 3:00PM.
LOCATION: West Lodge in Mendon Ponds Park. Plenty of parking nearby. The lodge is an enclosed, heated building that holds 75 people. Restrooms nearby. Fireplace. Sledding hill nearby.
PARTY RULES: NO pets, smoking, or alcohol in the lodge. NO glitter or confetti.
ADDITIONAL INFO: Important additional information will be posted on Facebook.
FOOD & DRINK: Please bring a dish to pass or beverages (no alcohol). Post what you’re bringing and I’ll keep a running list below. We will not be doing any grilling. Outlets available for crock pots (I'll provide power strips). This lodge has NO oven or refrigerator so please plan accordingly.
RAFFLES: Two raffles will be available…”pick-a-prize” style, where you get to enter your raffle tickets for prizes you hope to win, and a 50/30/20 raffle. If you’d like to donate one or more GEOCACHING-RELATED items for the pick-a-prize raffle, let Team Daisydog or myself know. Raffle drawing will start around 1:30PM.
