Geocache Description:

Thanks for stopping here! This cache is part of a GeoTour (& the largest GeoTour in the USA). You can learn more, and obtain our Expedition Guide(s) on how to earn a locally artisan crafted souvenir, by visiting: Geocaching & GeoTour - Berea Chamber of Commerce, or search for Berea Chamber of Commerce GeoTour (GT78) on Geocaching.com or on the app.

The Berea Chamber of Commerce GeoTour is host to a wide variety of geocaches that stretch beyond the City limits of Berea, KY. Our geocaches are as diverse and spread out as the members of our organization. Our GeoTour will take you on a journey throughout our region to visit sights, experience scenes, and discover locations that only locals tend to know about. Thank you for participating in our GeoTour and we encourage you to visit all our caches!

Welcome to a locally owned small business. The owners of this site are aware of the geocache and sometimes you may come across a staff member working after hours, so just say hi & tell them you are searching for the geocache on-site.

The final cache that contains the log sheet in this area is a cache that was made by one of our Geocaching Weekend participants a couple years ago. The cacher participated in our Container Contest and made a very unique host for the micro container. Please be careful with the cache and help to preserve it for others to enjoy. This cache was launched as a night-time cache, so come prepared with your night-time TOTT's (tools of the trade), like a strong flashlight and UV flashlight. These tools will help make your search more productive. Stage 1: You'll need to be at the posted coordinates to shine your flashlight around the area. Locate small reflectors and find what's unique, they will lead you to a location to search. Use your UV light at this point to find Stage 2. At Stage 2: Seek out a "friend" who will proivde you with coords to Stage 3. At Stage 3: Locate a container that houses the geocache. You will need to use your academic knowledge and mathematical intellect to determine the 3 digits needed to open the container and sign the log. Bring you own pen. Log only. There is room for tradeables in the host container, but please don't damage the cache.
