Yingcui Park is located next to the new Huangpu District Government and Kecheng Villa. You can get off the bus at the Civic Square and walk along the hill next to the district government to reach Kecheng Villa, which is right behind the park; or you can get off at the Shuixi Road North Station and walk for about 10 minutes to the park.
The park is also built on a hill (the usual style of Luogang Park), with few people and good air, and all you hear on the way is the chirping of various birds.
