Geocache Description:

Near overlook for the new dam in Hamilton on the west side.
Public parking at boat ramp off S.R.128

Cache is in a 35mm film canister. logsheet and pencil included. Area near this overlook can be damp at times, but terrain is mostly flat.
HTGHD is short for High Tech Geocaching Hiding Device.
This man made item hides and protects the cache from unwanted intruders. It was tested and developed from the local Riley OH, ammo box & diver tube distributing and Manufacturing facility.
