This cache is hidden as part of the HNY-23 (Happy New Year) Virtual Event.
The caches for the event are placed by local cachers and released on New Year Day morning each year. With the Covid situation this event has been hosted the last few years as a Virtual event. This year the event is virtual because New Years Day falls on a Sunday. The location where we hold the event is a church so Sunday is not a good day to hold the event there. I’m hoping that we can get back to an actual in person event for the HNY24 Event and start getting everything back to normal.
Dont bother trying to lift the skirt.
For one: I never hide a cache under a skirt (If you find one under a skirt I didn't put it there)
Two: There is no skirt to lift on ths pole. LOL
Keep the cache name in mind and you should find this one with little problems at all.
