The cache is not at the posted coordinates. Instead follow the instructions from the posted coordinates to get you to the cache.
Don't you love it when you are in the forest and the hint says 'base of tree' and there is like a hundred trees around you. Well this cache is at the base of a tree.
Here are some more instructions. Follow them from the posted coordinates and you should have no trouble finding this cache.
1. When at the posted coordinates, spot the water fountain with 2 concrete blue poles next to it. Walk past it until you see a pavilion.
2. Turn left and follow the concrete path. Enter the forest.
3. Follow the path and you will encounter a flat bridge on eight short wooden poles. Stop just before it.
4. On the right side, you should see a big tree. Walk past it.
5. After you pass the first big tree, you should see another big tree, next to the creek bed. Walk towards it.
6. The cache is behind that tree at the base covered with some sticks. Go pick it up and sign the log.
7. In the cache you will find stamp and a pad. Leave those in the container!
