From the murky depths of the West Napoleon Canal, a vessel emerges to watch over this busy area of Metairie....or it is just a drainage vent, you decide. This one is not a park and grab as West Napoleon offers no immediate parking. Your best bet is to park in the nearby neighborhood and take a little walk or use the parking waypoint. Highly muggle ratio during the daytime hours, so try to be subtle....and don't bang on the hatch!
We think this is the third incarnation of a USS Metairie geocaches thus the C class designation. Hopefully it will blend in to the muggle eye but immediately stand out to the trained cacher eye.
