Rosie Hust worked with residents to start a variety of gardens with the residents. She planted and maintained a flower garden. She installed tomato gardens that residents later used to make things like salsa. She held potting days to get the residents engaged and maintained a vegetable garden which the residents could harvest vegetables from. She worked over multiple years on the project and invested over 100 hours.
