SCP 4999, cannot be contained. That's typically a frightening thought with regards to the SCP Foundation, but in this case, it's a welcome change.
Loneliness, one of the most feared things. It is a comfort to know, that even in your loneliest moment, there is someone who will gladly stand by your side. SCP 4999 is there so that no matter who we are, or what we do, we will always have friendly company. He visits those who would otherwise have no company, nor a friendly face. A well dressed figure, who will silently stand beside you, for as long as you need it, offering his support and comfort in the weary times. So even those that feel most alone, know and rejoice in the knowledge that there will always be someone who remembers them.
The entity described in the entry will likely never come to this location, but those that meet him do. Life can be busy and we may not always show the care we want to, which is why I felt this entry and location to be appropriate. I personally have found a certain peace when visiting cemeteries in my caching adventure, and while this is not near any gravesites, I found it fit many of the caches. Be respectful and discreet when searching. The container itself suits the entity it's meant to represent, and while it should offer the opportunity for hiding TBs, it doesn't have the space for many.
