Corn warehouse Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Cenarius: Hi dejan021,

Unfortunately there's been some continuing issues with this cache and there is no reaction from the owner. Since the cache no longer meets the Guidelines requirements, I am archiving it. I'm also archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

If you think you have legitimate reasons for lack of maintenance and want to restore the cache in the near future, please let me know as soon as possible by the email provided in my profile. The message must include the GC code and the name of the cache. If the cache meets the requirements of the Guidelines and the reasons for unarchiving are justified, I may unarchive the cache.

IMPORTANT:
In case of permanent archiving of the cache, the owners are obliged to remove everything that they have placed on the field in relation to the cache (container and all placed waypoints).

Thank you for your understanding and best regards.

Geocache Description:

Corn Warehouse or chardak, ambar, kotobanja, kosh..

In Vojvodina, you can see corn warehouses ( chardak, ambar, kotobanja, kosh).
The corn warehause is exclusively used for storing grain, mainly cob corn. It is often the case that there is a pigsty or a chicken coop under the warehause.

Corn warehause has its roof made of tiles, and the "walls" made of slats serve to dry the corn in the draft.

During the summer holidays, it was also a frequent place for children to play and hide. Sometimes, a place that was decorated with flowers.  The grapes and creeper  were often allowed to hang on the warehause.  Some hens would also build their nests here.

Every end of September, the corn elevator would fill it with freshly harvested corn. it will be home of the corn until end of the spring.

Novi Sad as a small town in the past had many corn warehouses.

Today, when high-rise buildings and skyscrapers have taken over the primacy and invasively occupied Novi Sad, corn warehouses have become a dying species.  The one of last you have the opportunity to see and make picture. It is a counting last days...

It is microcache, please bring the pen.
