Micro cache planted at the beginning of the Irvine side of the Garnock Bridge. Follow the path through the Golf Course turn right at 200yd sign and keep walking until you reach the bridge. Don't cross. There are 4 grey posts -ignore them. Then there is a small hawthorn bush next to the first fence post. At low tide you can see the otters eating whelks off the bridge supports.
