This little treasure trove is tucked away beside a tree a stones throw from Turangi on one of the Tongariro River Trails.
It's packed with swag and trackables (when first hidden) and awaiting your visit a few minutes walk, or bike ride, in from either end of this section of trail. Either park on Taupahi Rd, or on the Waikari Scenic Reserve river access road, or ride from anywhere on the network of trails around this beautiful area.
Be careful of walking muggles if riding along the trail, although this section of trail is fairly open with few sharp turns so you should be able to see ahead.
BYO pen just in case, but there are two in the cache also. Use stealth when searching and please cover the cache well with its natural camouflage when you're done. A spoiler image is included on the cache page.
