A New Year's Day geocaching event on the edge of Epping Forest in Chingford.

Happy New Year!

We should be able to meet here at the Butler's Retreat cafe, for some geochat and coffee
This is turning into an annual tradition!

I will probably be sat at one of the picnic tables outside at the back of the building.

Public Transport Advice:

The Overground trains to Chingford Station will not be running, so here are some alternatives.

1. Central Line Tube to South Woodford Station and then 179 bus to Chingford Station.

2. Victoria Line Tube to Walthamstow Central and then the Rail Replacement bus, or either the 212 or 97 buses to Chingford Station.
