Chenango Valley State Park is home to two kettle lakes and is adjacent to the Chenango
River providing a beautiful scenic background for outdoor fun. In the summer visitors can enjoy the
beach, boating, fishing, golf, hiking, picnicking and camping. Winter Activities can include hiking,
snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sledding and of course geocaching.
Cell phone service can be spotty so be sure to load data off line or use a GPS. Should be a familiar hide
for many cachers in an area that is not busy this time of year.. The cache may require a little digging if
there is significant snow.
