Chenango Valley State Park is home to two kettle lakes and is adjacent to the Chenango
River providing a beautiful scenic background for outdoor fun. In the summer visitors can enjoy the
beach, boating, fishing, golf, hiking, picnicking and camping. Winter Activities can include hiking,
snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sledding and of course geocaching.
Cell phone service can be spotty so be sure to load data off line or use a GPS. This could be a short hike if
the parking area is open like it was when the cache was placed or longer if you use the park office
parking. Please obey the park road signs and use approved parking.
This is a letterbox hybrid where the cache is at the coordinates and contains a stamp. Please do not remove the stamp and replace cache as you
found it! Have fun and be careful!
