Important note.
There is legal parking on the nearby roads, but there is a walk over grass to the GZ, beware of snakes.
In early 2022 houses started to occupy this whole area.... it was a farm, probably since the earliest days of Sunbury. This cache is where the house yard was, and you can see what is clear evidence of a garden around house. At some point this area is supposed to become a town centre - however these type of developments have a track record of no shops ever developing at all! Often these areas stay empty for many years. Let's see what happens.
If you have found some of my other caches - this will be easy. Even if not - still easy!
Note that as it Dec 2022 - the the Geocaching App map is a year or so out of date, so what you see on the map is not what you will see here!
