This cache is dedicated to the spectacular Lighthouse is located on the North Shore of Lake Superior. It can be visited while at Split Rock Lighthouse State Park. My family was fortunate to see the Lighthouse lit up one evening while camping at the MN State Park.
The cache is located about 20ft south of the Sakatah Singing Hills Trail. Look for the silver pre-form tube to be winter friendly hanging about 6ft up. Please replace accordingly. There is no climbing or TOTT required. The paved trail runs from Mankato to Faribault, and is very nice for hiking, biking, caching, etc. This cache was placed while hiking on the snowy trail in mid-December having a great time outdoors!
