If I am not mistaken by the archived data in Project GC, it does not seem an event was ever held in Garfield county! How about making the (small) history of geocaching and having the first one together?

This will be a quick meet and greet in Pomeroy's city park - with hopes for good weather. Come whether you are local or just transiting on nearby US12 to or from more Saturday fun. I will try to have coffee and snacks with me :-)
