Park in the PGC Parking area and walk about a mile past the gate til you reach the incline (on your right). It's an intense hike, but there isn't anything significant in your way (a few downed trees but nothing you can't easily go around). Beyond that, is a straight shot up the side of the mountain. Once you've reached the top of the incline, you will see little cement structures to your left and you'll know you're where you need to be.
