Geocache Description:

Christmas is just beginning on December 25!

On a Day before or after Christmas, mrGreen317 gave to me, a large box with a lock and key...

Welcome to the Twelve Days of Christmas (12 DoC). This cache is in a possibly familiar location if some of you have played a certain version of "Geo-Jeopardy" in the past. After 5 years of hiding caches in game lands, this year, we are taking a break of sorts and changing up the Christmas-themed geo-activity.

The "fake"/posted coordinates (the "?") are on 18th street, where you might find some close-by parking. You are also allowed to temporarily park off the alley in the grassy/gravel area adjacent to the brown garage and white pop-up car port. This land is owned by mrGreen317 and SageHippo, and as a geocacher, you may feel free to spend time at GZ for this cache. (Please no after-dark caching.)

While the retailers are getting ready to pack away the Christmas wares for 2022 (I already saw Valentine's at one store!), the traditional Christmas season actually runs from December 25 through January 5, the "Twelve Days of Christmas". Here is a geocache-style Christmas present with a field puzzle themed for the "Twelve Days of Christmas" to grab this Christmas season or any other time of the year when geocaching is on the day's agenda.

First, let's get to GZ. It is pretty close to parking, at: N 40° 30.ABC' W 78° 23.DEF'. Above is a scene from one of SageHippo's favorite Christmas television specials. It is likely quite recognizable. It was was originally released in the year 19YZ.

At GZ, there is a large box... but mrGreen317 locked it and stashed the key... somewhere... Possibly in that smaller bird box... But it has a padlock... I guess a short puzzle will need to be solved... After 5 years of the 12 somethings of Christmas, this 12 Days puzzle should be a breeze! Don't forget the now-iconic graphic set we use each Christmas:

Oh, and don't forget the correct order of years that mrGreen317 hid Buckets, Cans, Gates, Multis, and Songs in the past! You will need to get the correct digit order for the combination of that lock!

A congratulations on FTF goes to ted28285 and r.e.s.t.seekers . Merry Christmas to you and your family! But don't worry if you don't get it right away on publishing day... This box might get refreshed with goodies during the 12 DoC, so take your time and come out and get it when you can!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the 3 "E"s!
(mrGreen317, Sage-Hippo, and littleEEE)
