This cache (posted coordinates) is located along Interstate 90 Eastbound. You CANNOT access the area if you are heading west along 90. Therefore you can only get here from Ohio! If you are coming the other way, you will need to exit in Conneaut and take I-90 East (towards Erie)!
The area you are visiting is a rest area off of the interstate. I have always liked this rest stop with it's cute little picnic areas and wished there was a cache here for people to find. PennDOT does not generally allow caches to be placed in rest areas - except in rare instances! So this is only a virtual stage and you don't even need to get out of your vehicle if you park near the posted coordinates. You are looking for a series of 3 white information signs with green lettering on one sign-post right by the parking area.
The actual cache is located at the following coordinates: N 41° 56.ABC' W 80° 27.DEF'
Answer the following questions to get the coordinates, based on the signs described above:
A = The number of times the letter "T" is seen on these 3 signs.
B = The number of times the letter "G" is seen on these 3 signs.
C = The number of times the letter "B" is seen on these 3 signs.
D = The number of letters in the third word on the bottom sign.
E = The number of letters in the 2nd word of the top sign - (minus) the number of letters in the 2nd word of the middle sign
F = The number of letters in the 1st word of the middle sign x (times) the number of letters in the 1st word of the bottom sign.
These coordinates are within a mile of the posted coordinates and are not difficult to get to, but you will need to drive there.
