I am sure many cachers in this region will also have happy memories of the Panshanger Aerodrome, and it would be great to hear as many stories or comments in the logs on here! Over the years, we have thoroughly enjoyed the aerobatic displays (especially loop-the-loops!) by the various aircraft out of the aerodrome, which sadly closed in 2014. A few of the remaining buildings can be seen just a little further along the path from where this cache is.
As for the cache itself, it is a fairly large container with plenty of trading items and a log book and pencil included. Its not the hardest cache in the world to find, and it's located not too far off the main footpath in this area (so be careful of muggle dog walkers!)
