Em plena Serra da Portela de Oliveira, no concelho de Penacova, e em pleno perímetro florestal da serra do Buçaco há todo um motivo para parar. Há um encantador miradouro, há um museu do moinho Vitorino Nemésio, há um conjunto de moinhos de vento, e há a Natureza mãe no seu estado mais puro.
O Museu do Moinho Vitorino Nemésio, encontra-se instalado na casa de férias do Eng.º Arantes de Oliveira, Ministro das Obras Públicas no anterior regime, espaço adquirido na década de oitenta pela autarquia.
Em 1980, o moinho Vitorino Nemésio foi doado pelos herdeiros do escritor à autarquia, que o recuperou proporcionando-lhe a funcionalidade de outrora. Vitorino Nemésio, que foi Presidente da Associação Portuguesa dos Amigos dos Moinhos e " incansável moleiro das palavras", no dizer de David Mourão Ferreira. Foi proprietário de três moinhos no concelho de Penacova, cujo património natural lhe serviu muitas vezes de inspiração, tornando-se uma incontornável referência cultural do Concelho.
Com o objetivo de preservar a história dos moinhos de vento e água e a memória dos seus moleiros, o município de Penacova realizou, ao longo do ano de 2015, obras de remodelação e musealização do Museu do Moinho Vitorino Nemésio. O edifício surge, desta forma, de "cara lavada", proporcionando, a todos quanto os visitam, um impacto extremamente positivo, já que alia firmemente a modernidade à tradição.
Todos os anos, em Abril, o município de Penacova associa-se ao Dia Nacional dos Moinhos (7 de Abril) e ao Dia dos Moinhos Abertos (9 de Abril), iniciativas organizadas pela Rede Portuguesa de Moinhos, com o apoio da Sociedade Internacional de Molinologia, através das quais se pretende sensibilizar os portugueses para o inestimável valor patrimonial dos moinhos tradicionais, de forma a motivar e coordenar vontades e esforços de proprietários, moleiros, organizações associativas, autarquias locais, museus, investigadores, molinólogos, entusiastas, amigos dos moinhos e população em geral.

Esta cache convida-vos a percorrer um percurso de património natural e cultural incrível, com uma paisagem de cortar a respiração. Um ‘outro mundo’. Marcas dos anos e marcas da natureza. Aqui há um passado, uma história. Mesmo que inativos, cada um dos moinhos mantém-se à velocidade do vento e do enquadramento, sendo que um deles ainda visitável, o qual dá nome à Multi. Aproveitem este verdadeiro paraíso encantado de Penacova.
Esta Cache foi desenvolvida com imenso gosto e dedicação, e está relacionada com o local, temática e cultura de Penacova. Encontrem-na e aproveitem para conhecer tudo aquilo que Penacova tem para vos oferecer, um território carregado de histórias e tradições!

Algumas orientações e conselhos a terem na realização/abertura desta cache:
- Tenham atenção a todos os pormenores que envolvem esta cache. Sejam subtis e vão encontrar algumas surpresas!
- Abram a porta com cuidado e voltem a fechá-la no fim de logarem a cache, ela não tem fechadura mas encaixa na perfeição!;
- Devem retirar e recolocar o container interno (que contém o Logbook) com o máximo cuidado. Não o coloquem muito para dentro da “casa” porque depois pode ser mais difícil de o retirarem, basta que fique à porta (sobre o degrau) e a mesma feche!
- Não forcem nada e tenham cuidado ao manusear a cache, tentando perceber o mecanismo de abertura da mesma. Trata-se de uma obra original, construída de raiz por nós utilizando e reaproveitando muitos materiais. Esta cache deu-nos muito gosto, trabalho a desenvolver e requereu alguns gastos, por isso tratem-na bem;😊
- Sim, ela roda!😀
- O registo online apenas será validado após terem encontrado o Logbook e terem lá inscrito o log;

In the middle of Serra da Portela de Oliveira, in the municipality of Penacova, and in the middle of the forest perimeter of Serra do Buçaco, there is every reason to stop. - Do not force anything and be careful when handling the cache, trying to understand its opening mechanism. It is an original work, built from scratch by us using and reusing many materials. This cache gave us a lot of pleasure, work to develop and required some expenses, so treat it well;😊

This is another cache built and developed by CeiraGeoTeam.
