Extending the excellent series started by DrPowercat, here is the first ever "Are you high?" event.

Full disclosure...

You do have to GET HIGH AND BE HIGH to attend the event. And there will be no judging if this is your preferred caching modus operandi.

You will NOT keep your feet on the ground.

You must sign the log to claim the smiley.

There will be a few giveaway items - check the attributes, it'll be trippy man.
