Welcome to the area!
Out this way in the beautiful countryside sitting between Kearney, Lawson, and Holt, Missouri, you will notice many homesteads! Horse lovers, Cow/Cattle lovers, chickens, donkeys, Sheep, goat, ducks, the list of wonderful homestead additions goes on! It is truly a beautiful, peaceful place! My son Jakob LOVES going Geocaching with me and has been begging me to place one down, so why not place it on the street we live on! Come appreciate the many horses on this road - which should be called Horseshoe Bend, and the beautiful drive that is 'Prestige'.
This area is beautiful in early Summer with the many hues of Green amongst the misty hills, the Rooster cockadoodling early with the cows being milked, the birds chirping about the trees, and the hint of approaching storms in the air!
You may see Thoroughbreds, Tennessee Walking, Buckskin (my personal favorite), Drafts, Mustang, and so many other beautiful breeds of horses around here.
Down Jesse James Rd you may see the gorgeous Charolais cattle (another favorite), and many, many, many family gardens!
When retrieving this cache, please park along the right side of the road here - do not block the mailbox, and please place the cache back to it's original spot. You may see beautiful horses right at this spot, and be barked at by good dogs doing their job! It is not a super busy street, but please be mindful, drive slow, enjoy the area!
