Gridbusters size month hidden challenge

For this challenge you need to have found geocaches of all seven sizes (micro, small, regular, large, other, not chosen, & virtual) and hidden all twelve months of the year. It doesn't matter what difficulty, terrain, location, or found date they have. They can be any type except lab caches. The caches can be hidden any year and any day of the year.
