Take Two 🎥🎥🎥 Traditional Cache

To complete this hide you will need to find two parts. 
The first part is quite simple, but opening it is another matter. The actual cache, where the log is placed, cannot be opened with knowing the numbers to the combination lock. The numbers are printed on the side of the second part. 
The two items are fairly close together, basically at the same coordinates. 
The best place to park ,is at the boat ramp ,which is only a short walk away.
