Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Heritage Trail for

the "Bridges-n-Benches" series!

This cluster of caches is designed to be quick and simple.  The caches are placed no more than a few steps away from the trail, and should be straightforward to find.  I hope you'll take a few hours or a few days to come back out to a scenic trail and enjoy the sights and sounds, no matter which season of the year you choose.  Oh!  And, maybe find a geocache or two along the way.

I'm gonna give you two ways to locate this sneaky little hide.  You can use math or your powers of observation.  The initial coordinates will take you to a bench that's endured years of Iowa climate and weather.  You can have a seat and look across the trail to the biggest beacon that's close to you.  The cache is there, somewhere.

Or you can do a waypoint projection from the listed coordinates.

You'll need to go 25.6 feet on a bearing of 135.4 degrees.

Please remember that this trail is "Pay to Play," but it's only $2 and the money is put right back into trail maintenance and repair.  Kiosks are scattered along the trail at various spots.  The closest to this cache is in the park in Graf.  Still one of your best $ values for a day of hiking or biking!  Remember to replace the caches as you found them.  If it's missing, just log the DNF and I'll get out there to do maintenance.  Drop caches are discouraged.  CITO if you see litter and enjoy your adventure.

Good luck!
