At the posted coordinates, there is a monument sign with two large words.

Count the number of letters in the word on the left (The word with larger letters).  This is A.

Count the number of letters in the other word. This is B.

Subtract B from A,

Then add the result to both the North and the West of

N 42 48.312  W 83 14.927.

This is the location of the cache.
