This is the 55th in a series of caches set around that great British institution, the pub.
The pub in question was closed down for a couple of years and was in danger of being turned into houses. The local punters set up the Kingstone community society committee to help raise funds. There are roughly 180 shareholders that helped secure the purchase of the pub from auction back in 2019. They very nearly didn't get it because it didn't reach the reserve set at £300,000 but they managed to negotiate a deal with the original owners and bought it for £290,000. The small village of Kingstone which is nestled in the East Staffordshire countryside between Abbots Bromley to the South East and Uttoxeter to the North East. This would be an ideal stop off for walking around the nearby Kingstone Woods.
Ground Zero can be reached by a wheel chair along the footpath but may need help reaching the cache
Im not going to give a Hint because i believe it will be obvious when you approach GZ
It can be done as a drive by cache, but please be mindful not to block or interfere with any of the nearby drives
Please do not write any spoilers in your log, especially downloading photos of the hide. If i cant get hold of you to change the log I will have to delete the log so as not to spoil the fun for other Geocachers. Please re-hide the cache exactly how you found it. . Thankyou
Happy hunting 😁
