The posted coordinates will bring you to a sign at the south west corner of Hupp Park. This sign lists two things that you apparently can do as long as you don't do them both at the same time.
Convert these two activities to numbers (two words, 8 letters, check sum = 130) And then assign a letter value (A-O) to each of the 15 digits. In addition Let X = A - C, Y = A + B and Z = D + E
You now have the answer key for all of the five multi caches in Hupp Park.
