"Where am I" is an interesting type of game in Geocaching. Visitors identify the location of a photo and follow the instruction to find a physical cache. My first found "Where am I" cache is GC6B6EW placed by ChrisA33. It is also the first one of the type in Taiwan as far as I know.
The posted coordinates are at Chiang Wei-Shui Memorial Park (蔣渭水紀念公園). At an intersection within 500 meters west of the park, you'll find the TBs facing south on the facade of a beautiful building. They are on the second floor.
I noticed these particular TBs on my way to an event at Chiang Wei-shui Memorial Park (GCA3MPB) and found the story of this building fascinating.
Go find the TBs and read description board at the first floor of the building. You'll know it.
PS: The description board is in Chinese only (sorry!), but with regard to finding the cache, only question 4 is affected.
