This cache is located in the San Jose Creek Trail portion of Palo Corona Regional Park. You'll need to apply for a day permit to access this section of the park. Whisler's Peak is a couple of miles from the nearest parking lot, so be sure to bring enough water and snacks! You won't have to venture off trail to find this cache. Once you get done huffing and puffing from the climb, take a minute to appreciate your view of the wide Pacific, and then find this cache :) BYOP
