Geocache Description:

Years ago, Mr. Golden would sometimes take this road from Boston (Arkansas) to Huntsville.  He always thought this cemetery had a pretty entrance and an interesting name, but had never set foot inside until we decided to hide this cache.  By the way, the gate opens OUT!

You are looking for a camo'd large pill bottle hidden in a classic spot.  Please give it just a little cover when rehiding.

Melvin C. Maggard, Sr. is buried in this cemetery.   He and his second wife, Ida, used to live in the old house at the trailhead to King's River Falls.  They would invite sightseers into their home, offer them a drink, and talk with them a while.  They would often have a small fire going in the wood stove even in the summer.  Ida wrote the local news items for that part of the county for the Madison County Record for many years:  who was visiting whom, who had won what at the county fair, that sort of thing.  Melvin had a very gregarious personality and an infectious laugh.  They are just another example of the pleasant memories of growing up in Madison County.

After you're done here, consider taking Madison County Road 3375 all the way up to Highway 74.  There's a cache called Schoolhouse Rock waiting for you, and the views on this road are ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR!

As always, contact us for help, but this one should be easy.
