This cache is accessed off of Lake Pleasant Road. A good 4WD with good clearance could drive to within a few hundred feet...otherwise, it's a little under a half mile hike. Apparently, there is more than one access to the cache, so please DO NOT drive over the water line. The 4WD access is from the Southwest and should not have any obstructions (other than rocks).
This cache is in a small canyon at the base of Westwing Mountain. This is the desert, so look before you reach...scorpions and snakes live here. Please do not put the lid on too tight!! It should come off and go on with a little jiggling and twisting. If, for some reason, you cannot get the lid off, the bottom could probably be removed with a little muscle. Please put the cache back the way it was. As always, cache in and trash out if you can.
