This is a short, 2-stage multi cache. From the starting coordinates, observe the horizontal word over the arched doorway awning.
For the North coordinate, subract the value of the 6th letter (A=1; B=2...).
For the West coordinate, subtract the combined letter value of the first six letters of the horizontal word (less two) from the starting coordinate.
The final location is likely to grow more thorny, poisony, and tickly as the growing season unfolds, so wear appropriate protection for both.
Caveat: This cache was originally designed as challenge-cache that asked the finder to spell the word "WEAVERVILLE" from their previous finds, using only multi-cache finds. However, in 2015, to control an onslaught of too many questionable challenge caches, Groundspeak's review process resulted in allowing earlier spelling challenges to continue as legacy caches and prohibiting spelling requirements for new challenge caches.
