Just think like a tourist and get going! There is no need to visit the published coordinates to start. There’s just one small problem … you don’t know where the locations are! Simply visit the sites as any tourist would and when you think that you might be at a place of interest open the Wherigo cartridge to check ... or leave it running as you drive around. Some form of transportation is highly recommended, otherwise this cache will take a long time to complete!
The game will automatically save its state every time you find a location. If your device crashes (as sometimes happens) then you should be able restore your last saved game to continue from where you were.
Installation
To play this game you will need a mobile device that can play Wherigo cartridges. This will need to be a smartphone because the game will not play on a Garmin GPSr - even one that has Wherigo capabilities.
For an Android phone you need to install the WhereYouGo application.
For iOS phones you need to install the Wherigo application.
Download the cartridge from the wherigo.com web site.
Please make sure you are running the latest version as corrections and updates are made from time to time. The current version is 1.2 (31 July 2024).
