Come out for a hike to the Bump & Boss Lookout on the Elgin Trail. A nice halfway rest point between the trailheads in Paynes Mills and along Lyle Rd. There was room for one lone cache out here, and the lookout was an ideal spot.
Why is it called the Bump & Boss Lookout? I really don't know. Maybe it's named after someone's dogs who liked hiking this trail. Or maybe a local human hiker. Do you know? Share your answer or opinion in your log.
