Il campetto da calcio che vedete è stato eretto nel 2011/2012 ed è intitolato a un giovane ragazzo di nome Mark Kobina Aidoo. La storia di Mark è una storia che ha colpito tutto il paese nel lontano 2011.
Era il 2011 e Mark aveva quasi 12 anni. Era maggio e lui e i suoi amici uscivano in gruppo nel paese. A Coazze per i giovani ragazzi non c’è gran chè da fare, ma con i primi caldi si può andare a cercare un po’ di fresco sulle rive del fiume Sangone. Il gruppo di giovani stava camminando lungo il fiume quando si è imbattuto in una bellissima pozza. Mark si butta nel fiume, notoriamente freddo, forse per sfida, forse per le acque pulite e invitanti. Poi la tragedia. Il piede gli si incastra tra due pietre, non riesce a liberarsi e a tornare in superficie, è così che il ragazzo trova la morte.
Il paese intero è in cordoglio, tutti lo ricordano come un ragazzo solare e cortese, sembra incredibile se ne sia andato. Il giorno del funerale l’intera comunità del suo paese di origine si è ritrovata in corteo a Coazze, per celebrarlo e dargli l’ultimo saluto. E’ stata una vista suggestiva vedere questo mare di gente inondare le strade del paese.
Mark amava giocare a calcio, nonostante in paese non vi fossero molti posti per praticare in tranquillità lo sport. E’ così che il Comune ha deciso di erigere questo campetto e intitolarlo a lui, lasciando così un memento di quel giovane sempre sorridente.
Ho parlato di questa storia con alcuni miei amici che sono cresciuti in paese come me, dovrebbe essere tutto piuttosto accurato, ma se avessi sbagliato qualcosa invito a scriverlo nel log, in questo modo potrò aggiornare la cache e mantenere vivo il suo ricordo. Quando questo è successo io avevo 11 anni quindi è possibile che i miei ricordi siano sfalsati in qualche modo.

The soccer field you’re seeing was built in 2011/2012 and was named after a young boy called Mark Kobina Aidoo. Mark’s story struck the hearts of the whole population of Coazze way back in 2011.
It was 2011 and Mark was almost 12 years old. It was May at the time and Mark and his friends spent some time together around the town. In Coazze there’s not much to do for young people, but when the warm weather comes it can be quite nice to go and enjoy some cool air next to the Sangone river. The group of Mark and his friends was walking alongside the river untill they encountered a beatiful pool of water. Mark dives in the notably cold water, maybe for a challenge, maybe for the clean and inviting water. Then, a tragedy. His foot gets stuck between tho rocks, he can’t break free and come back to the surface, this is the way the boy found his death.
The whole town is mouring Mark, everyone remembers him as a always happy and nice person, it seems impossible that he is gone. The day of the funeral the whole community of his country of origin, marched across the town to celebrate him and to give him a last goodbye. It was quite a suggestive view to see that many people in the streets of this really small town.
Mark loved playing soccer, even tho there were not so many places one could do it in Coazze at the time. That is the reason why the townhall decided to build this field and to give it his name. To leave a memory of the boy here in the center of the town.
The write this cache I exchanged informations with some of my friends who grew up in Coazze like me. When the incident took place I was only 11 years old so I was afraid I might have forgotten something. If you know something about Mark or you know I’ve stated something incorrect please write it down in your log, I will gladly fix the informations in the cache as well.

Le terrain de football que vous voyez a été construit en 2011/2012 et a été dédié à Mark Kobina Aidoo, un jeun laquelle histoire reste anceur aujour d’hui dans les coeurs des gens de Coazze.
Il était le 2011 et Mark était presque 12. Il était mai et Mark et ses amis sortaient en group dans les rues du pays. En vivant a Coazze un jeun n’a pas beaucoup à faire, mais lors que le chaud arrive , ça peut faire plaisir d’aller sur le fleuve pour faire des randonnées. Le group était en train de faire une randonnée long de le fleuve quand ils ont trouvé une mare marveilleuse. Mark s’est jetté dans l’eau, qui est notament très froide, et après… une tragédie. Son pied était coincé entre deux pierres et il n’arrivait pas à returner hors de l’eau. C’est comme ça que le jeun à trouvé sa mort.
Le pays entier faisait son deuil, chaque personne, remmentait Mark comme un jeun solair et gentil, ça semblait impossible qu’il était mouru. Le jour de son enterrement, toute la comunitée de son pays d’origine s’était retrouvée à Coazze pour marcher en son honneur. La vue était très suggéstive, il y avait si tant de gens dans les rues…
Mark aimait jouer à football, bien qu’il n’y avait pas trop des lieux pour le faire à Coazze. Cette-çi est la raison pour laquelle la mairie à décidé de construire ce terrain, pour laisser un souvenir de Mark dans le centre de Coazze aussi.
Pour écrire cette cache j’ai cherchè à demander à mes amis, qui ont grandi à Coazze avec moi, si les informations que je rappellais étaient justes. J’était seulement 11 quant l’accident a eu lieu et j’avais peur de mal rammenter. Si vous trouvez des informations erronées , si vous avez des info sur Mark que je ne connaisse pas, écrivez-les dans le log. J’aimerai bien actualiser la cache avec des autres infos. Pardonnez si j’ai fait des fautes en écrivant, le francais n’est pas ma langue maternelle.
