My mom and I were on our way back from dropping my dog off at Riverview kennels and saw a perfect spot to hide a cache. You will need to park up the road a small bit, there's a private gate that sits back a ways and has a perfect pull over spot. You won't be bugging any residents or blocking the road.
The container is small but you should see it when you do some "digging." Follow the coordinates & you should be almost spot on. You might get a little dirty/damp.
