When we first placed caches in this regional park there was a cache in this area. It has been archived long ago so while out on a maintance run we decided to place another cache to encourage people to walk the valley of the settlers track.
There is a great informaiton sign of the early settlement of this area. If you've come from the lookout you would have alreay passed it at the top of the stairs. If you have come across the paddock from the regional park then continue on to the lookout and you will see the sign just as you leave the bush into the open again before the lookout.
Cache should be a reasonably easy find. Hanging waist high but with you feet still on the pathway.
