A mossy woods and serene pond, great for kids though can be a bit muddy. Quack hello to the ducks and sign the log so we know you visited! There's two trailheads for the Hoag's Pond Trail. You'll find a small parking spot off of 24th marked with a sign, it's just big enough for two cars. The trail from the parking spot climbs up the hill, traverses to a junction, then going right you drop to the pond and take the loop around the lake. The second trailhead is 0.1 down the road and is a much easier walk with little elevation gain along the outlet stream. The total distance is 0.6 - 0.8 roundtrip depending on which trail. You can also access the Hundred Acre Wood right across the road if you want to add a little length to your adventure.
