There's a new series on the Heritage Trail called "Bridges-N-Benches." BUT! They're separated by some distance. That means there are holes to fill in with caches. With a nod to geocacher halemeister's "Whizbang" trail in Rockford, Illinois, I'm placing a bunch of straightforward caches in between. I changed up the container here, but it's still hidden in a Winter-Friendly way. The title will make sense when you get to the location of the cache.

Also, the Heritage Trail is "pay-to-play" with remote kiosks placed along its length. It's only $2 and the money goes right back into trail maintenance and improvements, a really inexpensive way to enjoy a day outdoors! Thank you in advance for your patronage.
Please CITO if you notice any litter. Enjoy your visit. Good luck!
