A few feet off a well marked, maintained trail, but in an 'out of the way' section.
This cache is a clear plastic shoe box in a plastic bag. Please do not leave food of any kind in the cache since it is not wild animal proof.
Colt State Park is a beautiful place to picnic and hike. Bring a kite and make a day of it. Dogs are welcome on a leash.
I called this cache 'Fun and Fit because the best place to park is by my favorite fitness station. The cache is approximately halfway between the wide trail and the stone wall. Few briars. Check for ticks when you leave.
If you backtrack to the 'Path to Health' a short hike will bring you to the 'Colt State Park Maze' cache.
