How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

The cache is at the listed coordinates, but you will need a special tool to retrieve the logbook.

The treegeek caches will all be tree caches, ranging from simple free climbs to complex technical climbs and tree-fishing caches, check the description and ratings before attempting, please and don't take risks you aren't comfortable with (no risks with tree fishing!). And, as with all caches, you are required to sign the log, not just 'spot' the container from the ground, we are required to delete online found-it logs of those who don't sign the physical logsheet, but don't like doing that, so if you can't sign it, just post a 'write-note' and try again another day....

On the 3rd of October 2014, I logged my first cache here called 'Harvey's Field' (GC4ZGYP). Ever since we have been right into caching, meeting lots of new friends, finding some amazing caches and travelling all around Australia and some other countries! Coming up towards 6000 finds we have decided to place a cache here to commemorate it. The cache is about 15m from the GZ of the old one, but 7m taller!

The cache is located in Regent Street Park, and there is plenty of parking on the surrounding streets. The container itself is a bison, encased in a 3D printed outer container hanging in a tree.
