We thought the combination of water, vegetation, and stone (ok, concrete) in this area was reminiscent of mesoamerican jungle ruins. There are several ways to reach the cache, though we don't suppose any of them would be considered particularly easy.

You are looking for a bison tube. Please try to rehide it EXACTLY as you found it. And watch out for Anacondas (or at least their cousins)!
