2023年 栃木県民の日
栃木県民の日に制定されている6月15日は1873年に旧栃木県と宇都宮県が合併し栃木県が誕生した日です。この日を記念して、2023年の県民の日に栃木にゆかりのあるジオキャッシャーが募りキャッシュを公開しました。

The 15th June is Tochigi Citizens’ Day. Tochigi Prefecture was established on June 15, 1873 with the merger of Tochigi Prefecture and Utsunomiya Prefecture. Celebrating this day, Geocachers loved Tochigi have published caches.

Looking back, the haze over Mt. Tsukiyomiyama had already disappeared. A white cloud floats in the far south, and right under the cloud is Kamakura, where his older brother Yoritomo lives. 振り返ると、月夜見山のもやはすでに消えていました。開けた南の彼方に浮かぶ白い雲、その雲の真下あたりが兄である頼朝が住む鎌倉あたりでしょうか。白地に太く黒二本引きの源氏の大旗をなびかせて、義経一行は大畑の里を過ぎます。「大きな旗」それから誰ともなくここを「大畑」と呼ぶようになったと言い伝えられています。
