London's Hidden Gems #2 - Camley Street Natural Park
This is the second of a new series of events titled London's Hidden Gems, with the aim of bringing people's attention to small pockets of beauty within the the bustling city of London. This event is intended to highlight the Natural Park hidden behind St Pancras and Kings Cross Station on Camely Street.
I'd walked past this many times on my walk to work, but never properly notcied it until my supervisor highlighted it as a region of interest. After a brief visit the following day, I figured it would be a great place for a lunctime meetup and a hidden gem worth sharing with other cachers. As always, this will also be a chance to meet fellow cachers, from London or elsewhere, swap TBs and share geo-stories! Everyone welcome at this event! 🙌🏼
The meeting point is just inside the main entrance gate, by the café. This whole area is paved and wheelchair accessible, however, the rest of the park to the south of the café area is not. The park is open from 10:00-16:00 and the café should be up and running as normal, so food and drinks availavle to purchase throught the event.
