We had fun in March. There isn't space here for me to place new caches. But this is a great place to walk and cache if you don't have the nearby caches. Chatting with friends is the big thing at these events.
We will be outdoors, but there's a pavilion that I am not reserving. Maybe stop by and then head out someplace to eat. Or show up with some food you picked up and don't expect to share.
There may be some things to do or explore. We shall see.
All geocachers are welcome. Meet other local geocachers. Match faces with geo-names. Get help with puzzles. Discuss plans for Adventure Labs.
Note that the Teal Ribbon Trail is southeast of here. They are geo-art mysteries. All the correct answers are teal. All the containers have teal. The trail was in honor of Laurie of MidnightsRaiders.

It was a splendid April evening in the 60s with crisp sunshine. There were many smiling faces and great discussion. Two new caches were available - GCA7FY8 and GCA7FYZ - but they hadn't yet published. I'll post an announcement when they publish. A group of attendees headed out for them while others stayed back at the pavillion to chat and welcome later arrivals. NoBlueCircles took a picture of that first group to head out.
Another activity was to get coordinates for a found object (a rainbow bunny ear headband on a tree) so that we could note how they are the same and different. The base coordinates were N 40 03.xxx W 78 36.yyy. We had xxx ranging from 508 to 514 with a median of 511. We had yyy ranging from 538 to 543 with a median of 540. That was a nice close cluster of points.
